Do you publish a wholesale price list?

Prices are quoted per order, model and destination market rather than published. Your dealer margin is 20% from ~10 units and 30% from ~50 units; send us the models and quantities and we reply with the current dealer price list within one business day.

Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services: custom logo printing, packaging design, firmware customization, private-label app, and custom specs such as a bigger battery or panel, more storage or 4K resolution. OEM/ODM orders start at 100 units, and our factory partner Shenzhen Leksell has 14+ years of OEM experience.

Our factory partner Shenzhen Leksell is TÜV Rheinland certified, and outdoor models are rated IP66. CE, FCC and RoHS documents and test reports are supplied per model on request — tell us your import market before you order.

What is your lead time?

Samples: 7–10 days by air. Bulk orders: 25–40 days by sea. Orders delivered within Vietnam: 7–10 business days. Lead times for OEM and custom-spec orders are quoted per project.

What are the payment terms and Incoterms?

T/T bank transfer: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. PayPal or card is accepted for samples. We ship EXW, FOB, DAP or DDP, quoted per order.
