Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Order 1–2 units at dealer price; samples ship by air (DHL/FedEx) and arrive in 7–10 days, so you can install and test them before you commit.
What is the lead time?
Samples take 7–10 days by air. Bulk orders ship by sea in 25–40 days. Orders delivered within Vietnam take 7–10 business days.
What certifications does the factory hold?
Our factory partner, Shenzhen Leksell, is TÜV Rheinland certified. Outdoor models are rated IP66. Test reports for the specific models you order are supplied on request — tell us what your import market requires before you order.
What are the payment terms and Incoterms?
T/T bank transfer: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment; PayPal or card for samples. We ship EXW, FOB, DAP or DDP, quoted per order.
What does the warranty cover?
Every product carries a 24-month warranty. Our engineers diagnose remotely by video, then ship replacement parts or units free of charge — no need to send cameras back to China.
How is quality checked before shipping?
Every unit is tested before it leaves the factory: solar charging, 4G signal, IP66 seal and night vision. The factory runs in-house R&D and its own SMT lines.
Our Story
SolaGuard was born from a simple question: How do we bring security everywhere — even where there's no power, no WiFi?
In 2025, when Li Shangpeng (Sharp) — a 20-year AIoT veteran and the founder of SolaGuard — visited coffee farms in Vietnam's Central Highlands, he discovered a major problem: farmers wanted to protect their crops from theft, but traditional camera systems required power wiring and WiFi — nearly impossible in rural areas.
At the same time, Shenzhen Leksell Security Technology — a security camera manufacturer with 14 years of experience and 150+ product SKUs — was seeking partners to expand into Southeast Asia.
The two met. A shared vision emerged: Create a fully independent security camera system — no grid power, no WiFi, works anywhere.
SolaGuard officially launched in early 2026 — a US-China collaboration, combining cutting-edge AIoT technology from Silicon Valley with world-class manufacturing from Shenzhen.
